Had an excellent stay.
The hotel was comfortable and spectacular, with magnificent location next to the main shopping area. The room was very specious, had gates as well as a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Garden view was a nice bonus. Top-notch service offered in this venue.

Pretty much everything the staff were welcoming & helpful the room was very clean & comfortable the location was superb for our visit even though you were in the centre of a city it did not feel like it would recomend it as the hotel in madrid thank you
The only thing not great at the hotel was the food it was good but not great as the rest of the hotel was the evening meal was not very exciting there was nothing wrong with the food it tasted good but there was no wow factor . same with breakfast the service was excellent the fruit pastries tea coffee really fresh & good the fruit juices were not concentrates but real fruit juiced but the bacon well poor in fact on the second morning I got boiled ham fried & not bacon as if they had run out & it seemed like a good substitute but it still did not spoil our stay

We loved the hotel. The room, linens, towels, facilities and staff were wonderful. It was an easy 20 minute shaded walk to the Prado and environs.
The beds were too hard for our taste and the breakfasts were very overpriced for what was offered.

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely spot. It is not the place to stay if you want to be in the thick of things, but it is a nice walk to the museums and all the other spots of interest. I prefer this location, but don't stay here if you prefer something different. What you get here is pure luxury, great shopping nearby, a beautiful setting, lovely hotel service and extreme comfort. My room was large and lovely. The bed was comfortable. I did a lot of research into 5 star hotels in Madrid and I believe I chose the right one. Free high speed internet--you just have to get a new password every 24 hours.
Eating and drinking in the hotel is very expensive but the scene is pretty fun.

THis is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed, the decoration is impeccable, great taste and very friendly staff
Long wait for outside terrace lunch, and very average club sandwich. Not enough soaps in the bathroom, which was designed for small people.Lobster at the chinese restaurant was uneven. (one was good, one was bad)
